Our Beef Smoked Sausage is crafted with 100% premium beef cuts and seasoned with the same complex blend as our Original Smoked Sausage. The result is a mild, flavorful sausage that’s perfect for any occasion, from family cookouts to weeknight dinners.
Note: Although the sausage is made with premium beef cuts, it is stuffed in a natural pork casing. We offer this product in an artificial collagen casing but is available for in store purchases only.

Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped via UPS. If estimated shipping time is 4 days or more, please choose UPS 2nd Day Air. Our packages are designed to safely withstand 3 days of travel, but 4 days is not recommended.
- Orders placed by 5:00 pm CST on Friday are processed and shipped the following Monday after the order is placed.
- We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
- We are not available for wholesale or resale. Purchases must be made for personal use only.
- All shipments are frozen and packed in an insulated cooler with chill packs. It is not uncommon for sausage to thaw prior to arrival, but it will maintain the proper temperatures during shipment to arrive in good condition. Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
